BOOKING POLICY

Introduction

At Amped Active Fitness Centre, we strive to offer a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our members. To ensure fair access and the best experience possible, we have established the following booking policy for our group fitness classes. Please read through these guidelines carefully to understand how to book, cancel, and attend classes.

 

Booking Guidelines

1. Eligibility:

  • Only active members of Amped Active Fitness Centre are eligible to book group classes.

  • Members must have a valid membership or class package to book classes.

 

2. Booking Window:

  • Class bookings open 7 days in advance and close 1 hour before the class start time.

  • Members can book up to 3 classes per day.

 

3. How to Book:

  • Bookings can be made via our online portal, mobile app, or at the front desk.

  • Members must log in to their account to access the booking system.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid penalties.

  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before the class) or no-shows will incur a fee of R150.

 

2. How to Cancel:

  • Cancellations can be made through the same platforms used for booking (online portal, mobile app, or front desk).

 

3. Waitlist:

  • If a class is full, members can join a waitlist.

  • If a spot becomes available, members on the waitlist will be automatically moved into the class and notified via email or app         notification.

 

Attendance

1. Check-In:

  • Members must check in at the front desk or via the mobile app at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

  • Members who arrive late may not be allowed to join the class to avoid disruptions.

 

2. Class Etiquette:

  • Members are expected to follow the instructor’s guidelines and class rules.

  • Respect for fellow class participants and staff is required at all times.

 

Special Circumstances

1. Medical and Emergencies:

  • In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact the front desk as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

 

2. Membership Holds:

  • Members with a hold on their membership cannot book or attend classes during the hold period.
